THE NEED FOR COACH'S CARDS, UPHOLDING INTEGRITY IN THE ZORTS COMMUNITY

In the Zorts Community our shared passion for the game and spirit of competition fuels our quest to be the best. Regrettably, this quest is sometimes tarnished by a coach or coaches who disregard fair play choosing deceit over sportsmanship. A glaring example of this unethical behavior occured at a recent tournament, where a coach deliberately fielded over aged players, compromising the integrity of the competition.

To combat such deceitful practices, the introduction and use of coach cards is not just necessary, it's imperative. These cards serve as a tool to identify and penalize misconduct, particularly cheating. Following this inceident, the offending coach has been rightly suspended from all Zorts events for a year - a decision that reinforces our commitment to fairness and integrity.

We urge all tournament administrators to mandate the use of coach's cards. Their adoption is crucial in fostering a Zorts community that is not only competitive but also honorable and free from cheating. Let's work together to preserve the true spirit of the games.
