Big Day for California High School Football

It's go hard or go home, as the majority of California State Championship Games are to be played today at Sacramento State's Hornet Stadium. The games are consisted of the best High School football programs in the entire state of California in every division. The way the tournament is formatted, each State Championship game consists of one team from Southern California and one team from Northern California thus generating more of a competition for the teams when playing against one another. It's one thing to say that your football team is the best in your area or region, but to say that your football program is the best in the state is nothing short of spectacular. Today's games include, Serra (San Mateo) VS Sierra Canyon (In Progress), Del Oro High School VS San Clemente @4pm and what may be the biggest game this year, the open division match up between St. John Bosco and De La Salle @8pm sharp. California's best are playing throughout the day, each team giving every ounce of effort that they can to obtain the title of State Champion.
